RETURN POLICY

Old Man Artist wants to make sure that joy comes with his cards, bags and artwork (excludes any custom commissioned artwork).

He is happy to do a refund or exchange your item within 7 days of package receipt if:

-You received the wrong item.
-Your item came damaged (Proof of damage is required by submitting a photo with your request and subject to screening).
-Your package went missing and you are unable to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier. The tracking number that comes with your package insures the proof of delivery and ship date for both parties. The tracking number associated with your order will be screened and the carrier will be contacted by Old Man Artist (if such an issue occurs).
In these cases, Old Man Artist will re-mail you a package with no additional charge to shipping (or for the exchanged item).
Your payment for refunded cards will be credited back to your account.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the cost of mailing the item back to Old Man Artist for a refund or exchange.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

All orders will ship within 2-3 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated. Upfront payment is required for all purchases (including items on back-order or pre-order). Old Man Artist business days are Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders are shipped via the USPS throughout the United States and rates are contingent on the weight of the order, plus a $2.00 handling fee.  Applicable sales tax will be applied for all purchases within New York State. International orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority International Service for a flat charge of $30, unless otherwise indicated. International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. These fees may vary from country to country and shipping delays may occur due to customs. To expedite shipping or for any other questions regarding shipping, please contact us.
